Due to changes brought about by recent legislation (LASPO 2012), eligibility for free legal advice may now be limited under Legal Aid. You can contact us on the number listed at the top of this page to discuss the eligibility criteria and an assessment can be carried out to see if you qualify.
When Legal Aid Isn't Available
Where we cannot assist under Legal Aid, we will do everything we possibly can to ensure you receive the best value legal advice and will be clear about how much we think it will cost for us to deal with your case.
Affordable Fees
Fees are charged at a competitive hourly rate and in some cases we can offer fixed fees for certain services. We also offer flexible and affordable payment terms, providing you with peace of mind and enabling you to manage your finances properly.
