About Our Firm
Caveat Solicitors was launched in 2011 and within a short space of time has expanded to include four offices covering most parts of London.

Our commitment to help those most in need has afforded us the opportunity to form close links with local charities and organisations where some of our staff offer pro bono advice.
We also work closely with Victim Support, various womens centres, and refuges to offer hands on assistance particularly to victims of domestic abuse. Our links with such organisations enhance the service we can provide to clients where we are able to refer our clients for any further support they may need at a difficult time.

Criminal Defence
Comprehensive legal defence services for individuals being investigated, facing criminal charges or being prosecuted. We hold legal aid contracts and would be able to assess your eligibility to ensure access to justice.
Immigration Law
A huge success rate in representing clients with their immigration needs. We have an expert legal team to assist with all matters from personal, family, and business immigration advice on all visa and citizenship types, to representation at appeals, against deportation and detention.
